Yogurt Kebbeh
Ingredients
- 1L Al Safi yogurt
- 1 cup Al Safi fresh cream
- 1 egg
- ½ cornstarch
- 10-12 boiled kebbeh
- Fried pine seedsand corianderfor garnish
Method
- Pour yogurt in a pan and bring to boil.
- Beat the egg with cornstarch, add yogurt.
- Now add fresh cream and stir.
- Add boiled kebbeh to the boiled yogurt.
- Serve in a bowl, garnish it with pine seeds and coriander.
