Tomato Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup AlSafi cooking cream
  • 7 tomatoes
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 onions
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup broth
  • Basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper
  • Accompaniment:
  • Sourdough bread with cheese
  •  

Method

  1.  
  2.  Drizzle the olive oil in a pan.
  3.  Add chopped garlic, tomatoes, and basil powder.
  4.  When grilled, add broth and blend with a soup grinder or blender.
  5.  Pour it into a bowl, add cooking cream on top and garnish with basil leaves.
  6.  Serve with sourdough bread and cheese.
