Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 1 cup AlSafi cooking cream
- 7 tomatoes
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 onions
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 cup broth
- Basil leaves
- Salt and pepper
- Accompaniment:
- Sourdough bread with cheese
Method
- Drizzle the olive oil in a pan.
- Add chopped garlic, tomatoes, and basil powder.
- When grilled, add broth and blend with a soup grinder or blender.
- Pour it into a bowl, add cooking cream on top and garnish with basil leaves.
- Serve with sourdough bread and cheese.
