Potato Cheese Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2; cup AlSafi cream
- 400g AlSafi Cheese
- 4-5 potatoes
- ½ cup parsley
- Salt and pepper
- For frying:
- 500g flour
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups
- Breadcrumbs
- Accompaniment:
- Tomato sauce dip
Method
- Boil the potatoes and mash them in a bowl.
- Add cream, chopped parsley,salt and pepper.
- Create balls with cheese inside.
- Roll them in flour, then dip them in egg and breadcrumbs.
- Fry until brown.
- Enjoy with tomato sauce dip.
