Mushroom Omelette
Ingredients
- 150g AlSafi cheese
- (feta, mozzarella)
- 5 - 7 mushrooms
- 100g butter
- 5 eggs
- Rocket leaves for garnish
Method
- Fry mushrooms with butter in a pan.
- Remove the mushrooms.
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper andpour it in the pan.
- Add cheese and the roasted mushrooms.
- Garnish with rocket leaves and go mmmmm!
