Fish with Creamy Lemon Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup AlSafi cooking cream
- 3-4 fish fillets
- ½ cup fish broth
- 1 lemon
- 100g butter
- Capers, parsley andlemon zest for garnish
Method
- Take the fish and cover it with flour.
- Fry it in the pan with butter.
- Remove the fish, add fish broth,lemon juice and cooking cream.
- Place the fillets in a plate, top it with sauce. Garnish it with capers, parsley and lemon zest.
