Fettuccine with Creamy Sauce and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 750ml AlSafi cooking cream
- 200g AlSafi mozzarella cheese
- 50g butter
- 10 mushrooms
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup broth
- 1 pack fettuccine
- Cheese and lemon slicesfor garnish
Method
- Melt butter in a pan. Add onions, mushrooms, flour, broth and cooking cream.
- Now add al dente fettuccine and sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
- Take it in a plate, sprinkle it with parsley!
