Fettuccine with Creamy Sauce and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 750ml AlSafi cooking cream
  • 200g AlSafi mozzarella cheese
  • 50g butter
  • 10 mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup broth
  • 1 pack fettuccine
  • Cheese and lemon slicesfor garnish

Method

  1.  
  2.  Melt butter in a pan. Add onions, mushrooms, flour, broth and cooking cream.
  3.  Now add al dente fettuccine and sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
  4.  Take it in a plate, sprinkle it with parsley!
