Cheese Roll
Ingredients
- 200g x 3 AlSafi cheese
- (kashkaval, mozzarella, feta)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs flour
- ½ water
- 10 spring roll sheets
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley and pomegranateto garnish
- Accompaniment:
- Tomato sauce dip
Method
- Take all three types of cheese in a bowl.
- Add salt, pepper, parsley and eggs.
- Mix them well with flour and water.
- Drop a spoonful of the mixture on the spring roll sheets.
- Roll it, and dip the edges in flour and water.
- Fry until done.
- Garnish with parsley and pomegranate.
- Serve with tomato sauce dip.
