Cheese Burger
Ingredients
- 2 slices AlSafi Kashkaval cheese
- 1 burger bun
- 1 200g meat patty
- 1 pc lettuce
- Few slices of onion
- Few slices of tomato
- Accompaniment:
- Tomato ketchup
- Potato crackers
Method
- Fry the meat in a pan.
- Top it with a slice of cheese and melt it.
- Now spread mayonnaise on the burger patty.
- Spread lettuce over it.
- Place the other cheese slice over the meat patty.
- Add onion and tomato slices.
- Squeeze ketchup on top, close the burger, serve with potato crackers.
